what are actually these: better performance, and special optimizations for mainland China users.?
Looking forward to the recovering of firmware selector, especially now ramips has a 6.1 kernel. Eager to experience the new kernel.
firmware selector and sysupgrade servers still doesn't work

Yeah, the work around for me to keep SNAPSHOT current is to download a base image then use vi and opkg to bring everything back online.
I plan to stay on a release when one becomes available for the GL.iNet MT6000.
For me on the main branch (snapshots) it works again
This is probably known to others, I just tried to generate an image with ALL the packages I have on an extended root ext4 x86-64 station, and it finally came back with an error that the system ran out of disk space?
Is the PrintScreen button not working for you?
I thought I would post here with a warning that auc
looks to be delivering non-working SNAPSHOTs requiring uboot recovery to get the router working again, at least for me. I am flashing a GL.iNet GL-MT6000.
Luckily, accessing the MT6000's uboot recovery is just a matter of powering up the router while holding down the reset button for 30 seconds, and I can re-flash a working image.
For now, I am using a current pre-built base sysupgrade image to update.
This started yesterday when updating to SNAPSHOT r25215 and again today when updating to r25219. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else?
gl-mt6000 only the image with sysupgrade should be used from the first installation OpenWrt, I honestly prefer to build the image and update it locally by hand!
I haven't had any problems so far, thanks for the warning!
Yes I'm just using the sysupgrade file. I have never flashed any of the other images.
And now that I've updated everything from a base image several times it's a straight forward process for me, and I plan on just use the base sysupgrade images until I'm confident the custom build environments are stable for the long term.
It seems the php package is not available in r25202
You can see which packages are having problems on the downloads site, just replace 'x86_64' with the specific arch of interest. Most of the php-
ones are currently not building on anything...
https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/faillogs/x86_64/packages
I was able to update to r25210 on my MT6000 a day and a half ago with no issues but haven't tried since. AUC gave me an outdated version at that time so I had to go through building with firmware selector.
Strange. Updated this morning 2 MT6000's to snapshot 25219 with ASU and they are both working fine.
I noticed that they also reporting "real" wifi noise levels now instead of fixed one (I believe -93 dBm or so).
Same issue here. Had to recover R7800 and x86 both from snapshots produced by attended-sysupgrade.
Same here after update with auc. Dynalink DL-WRX36

auc
sent me into a bootloop missing the init on a ASUS TUF AX-6000 last night. Reflashed over serial the same snapshot and things came back (lesson learned, make backups).
Looks like the rootfs partition is tiny from the sysupgrade tool: Asus TUF Gaming AX6000 support - #588 by remittor
Thanks @efahl
This is nice.
I noticed your script outputs "uci: Entry not found" as the first line of output on the devices I've tested so far.
You might consider changing "uci get" to "uci -q get" for the attendedsysupgrade.server.url query since you provide one if not defined.
Then the script would run cleaner for those of us that don't have it defined in uci.
Thanks again for your work on this!
