The Netgear R6100 Wifi Toggle button is confused

I have one net WNDR3700v4 and r6100
I followed the guide from openwrt(https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/howto/hardware.button) to create a file /etc/hotplug.d/button/buttons found:
R6100 run logread -e button -f:
Mon May 15 01:49:05 2017 user.notice root: the button was rfkill and the action was released
Mon May 15 01:49:06 2017 user.notice root: the button was rfkill and the action was pressed
WNDR3700v4 run logread -e button -f:
Mon May 15 01:52:59 2017 user.notice root: the button was rfkill and the action was pressed
Mon May 15 01:53:00 2017 user.notice root: the button was rfkill and the action was released
in R6100 Wifi Toggle button is not "Toggle",then just restart
here is the log:
Mon May 15 01:49:05 2017 user.notice root: the button was rfkill and the action was released
