Support for TrendChip TC3162P2 SoC

Hi,

I'm not a linux guru but I want to add support for TrendChip TC3162P2 SoC.
I found kernel arch link of this chip in github but I don't know how to merge it with OpenWRT, I don't event know where to start from?

Can you guide me to do this please?

TP-Link TD-W8101G ADSL Router uses this chip and I wondered if TP-Link published GPL code for this product. There didn't published in their web site so I wrote email. According to response mail they will publish GPL code if it is based on Linux.

How can we use the GPL code of the product to support OpenWRT software?
