Support DTS templates for Airoha EN7523 and MT7615

Hello, I am building OpenWrt for a new device using the Airoha EN7523/7529 CPU and the MT7916 Wi-Fi chipset. It is supported by the official OpenWrt, but the user community is quite small.

If possible, please help me with a few reference DTS templates.
