Suggestion: promote x-wrt's luci-app-wizard as official default installed package

Hi :wave:,

I saw X-wrt's luci-app-wizard and I really liked it. Because it makes the configuration of openwrt for new users really easy.

I suggest to make this package official and then make it installed by default.

It really improves openwrt's UX and ease of use

X-WRT release somehow follows snapshot releases of OpenWRT

if you want to add packages to OpenWrt official repos, open a PR here where you copy over that luci-app https://github.com/openwrt/luci
