Static config help for AP EAP255

Happy new year to all!

I got an TP-Link v3 EAP255 AP and flashed with openwrt (yay) my objective is to create a mesh networking but that is another story.

for default the openwrt config is on 192.168.1.1 and only with LAN interface and already switched to my network octet .

My homenetwork is on 10.105.10.1/254

I'm having issues to ping and update packages on static configuration, so no able to update or download or update NTP servers.

But if I switch to DHCP client it works great. What config I'm missing, probably is something simple but not sure. it's always dns i think. My idea is to set the EAP as static ? is a good practice or i should leave it as DHCP client and make an static IP on the DCHP server (Adguard Home)

Luci Static Lan config

Ipv4 address: 10.105.10.3 (static ip for AP)
Ipv4 netmask: 255.255.255.0
Ipv4 gateway: ? (router?)
Ipv4 broadcast: ? (dns server?)

On static, I'm able to ssh to the AP (10.105.10.3) and ping to 1.1.1.1 but no able to resolve domain like google.com or openwrt.org so my guest is related with dns resolving.

My router is on 10.105.10.1 with cloudflare unencrypted as upstream dns for wan, courtesy of Mercy's advice.
My dns server is on 10.105.10.2 Using Adguard Home + Unbound as DCHP server and recursive DNS
My EAP is on 10.105.10.3
