For some reason, my internet speed on OpenWrt has decreased. Without a router, my speed is 400 Mbps, but with a router, it's only 40 Mbps. How can I diagnose this issue?
What are you measuring?
How are you measuring it ?
in web browser, different devices
Two questions, you failed to answer at least one of them.
Wired connection or wifi?
There is a problem with both wired and wifi connections. I measured the speed in a web browser (https://yandex.ru/internet). However, if I connect my computer directly to the provider's equipment (without a router), the speed is normal.
Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button (red circle; this works best in the 'Markdown' composer view in the blue oval):

Try disabling the vpn.
Test the speed once the vpn is down.
Yes, that's true, for some reason, all internet traffic goes through the VPN. However, it should only be used for traffic between local subnets. This was the case before, and I don't remember making any changes. How can I fix this? I want the internet traffic to flow directly, and the VPN to be used only for communication between local subnets.
By the way, if i disable vpn internet doesn't work at all. So all internet traffic goes only through vpn.
After disabling the vpn, you probably need to restart the wan or the entire router to re-establish the default route.
Try that first to make sure your speeds are as expected.
FWIW, pptp is not secure and it is best to use something modern and secure such as Wireguard. This makes it easy to specify the desired subnets that should traverse the tunnel. Otherwise you may need to use policy based routing to solve the routing issue.
