I'm new to LEDE Project and I'm very interested on trying and contributing with it.
I just bought a TP-Link Archer C5 v2. This is a Broadcomm based router.
According to the info I found on the Hardware Table, this unit is now supported, since the last release.
I also found that the image to install LEDE from a Factory Firmware is:
Looking on the instructions on how to load the Firmware, and reading everything I found regarding to this Router on the Forum, I understand I should load this LEDE firmware directly on the TP-Link GUI.
Unfortunately, when I I try to load it that way, I receive an error:
Error code: -25533
Error occurred, please try again.
I already checked the downloaded firmware and it's not corrupted. I even tried downloading it again, just in case.
Regarding to the stock firmware, I tried with the two available TP-Link images that seem to exist so far:
Do you have any tips on this? Is this the correct way to flash this router? Am I doing something wrong?
Is there any other method to flash it?
