this is meant to help anyone using the DNS Proxy package with OpenWRT encountering an error message on Android: 'Device Connected, No Internet.'
Solution: On Android under Settings > Connections > More connection settings > Private DNS.Set to Automatic or Off. A Manual setting will conflict with the Proxy.
Just FYI, that's the default setting.

I'm having the same issue with mobile devices.
Do not really happy to switch the manual DNS setting in Android on and off every time I connect to the network.
As I noted, the default setting is "Off". Is there a reason you had it enabled?
