Slow vdsl sync speed after installing openwrt

Hi everyone,

my synchronization process is significantly slower on OpenWrt compared to the original software. While the original software connects within seconds, OpenWrt takes an unusually long time—between 10 to 20 minutes—to complete the sync. I have two identical boxes, so i can switch between them for comparison.

wan is pppoe + ipv6 (generated automatically) + ds lite. Once i am in, everything works fast and stable.

Is there anything to check/ to do? What does "Firmware File" in interface -> DSL mean?

This?

Mmmh could you post screenshots from http://192.168.100.1/cgi-bin/luci/admin/status/dsl (assumung the modem is running OpenWrt and is assigned the 192.168.100.1), preferably both the textual summary and the plots, like these examples:

Or even nicer a screenshot taken with go-dsl, see example (please check both checkboxes):

The error over time counters in go-dsl are excellent as well, but you need to let go-dsl run for a long time to actually collect that data... BTW, go-dsl is the work of one of the forum's dsl experts @janh who might have be able to help with your problem.

I would not be amazed though if @brada4 is correct and that you might want to try different dsl formware blobs...

Try forum search on guidance for firmware working with your provider ir at least in your country.

Here are the screens. I'm actually having lantiq vrx288, not 200. I don't know if that matters.

Please connect to your OpenWrt device using ssh and copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </> " button:
