SIP router for OpenWRT

My OpenWRT routers are running OpenSIPS in support of open source Linphone apps.

Interesting project. What's the use case? Is it like a self hosted google voice that can run on the router?

Yes, very much like that. I’m a refugee from Google Voice. I wanted a complete replacement for GV and VoIP.ms looked like the answer. MMS was the only grey area. It was supported, but there was no app that brought it all together with calling and SMS. I really developed MMSGate2 for my use. But I am a retired IT guy, so I just documented it and made it so others could use it too.

I posted it here because it has such a small resource footprint, I run it on my OpenWRT routers. OpenSIPS (core of MMSGate2) is a SIP protocol router, so it is a good pairing with OpenWRT. OpenSIPS has lots of other uses too, not just a GV replacement.
