just i has 3X belkin RT3200 so the first router should be 192.168.1.1 --> 2nd 192.168.2.1 and the last 192.168.3.1

2 router are 22.03 and one router has 23.05 the main
A mesh is a layer 2 bridge. So you would set them up as a main router and two dumb APs. All the IPs should be in the same subnet for management purposes. Wireless clients bridge through to the main router-- they don't use or care about the AP's IP. The network works the same as if the nodes were connected with Ethernet cable.
