SFP module monitoring from OpenWrt question

Hi.

Can I monitor SFP module from OpenWrt web interface somehow (SFP module's temperature especially)? Ideally via collectd or something like that.

I can enter to SFP module web interface and check temperature there, but that is uncomfortable for me.

P.S. Ethtool -m eth1 command gives strange output:

Collectd supports the exec plugin to run arbitrary commands, if you cannot find the temperature value in /sys/class/thermal/*/temp
