Greetings All
Need your support ----> Router : Banana BPI-R4 ( latest snapshot)
- How can I connect a fiber router to an OpenWRT router through the WAN port of the OpenWRT router? and How to setup Vlan
Provider Router Lan (RJ45) to WAN (RJ45) BPI-R4 Router
I tried Network interface -----> PPPOE-----> I put username and password but no network
- How I can replace Fiber router by OpenWRT router I have SFP fiber optic WAN
If it is PON you need pon sfp module, not optical ethernet.

Provider Name : STC (Saudi Telecom Company)
Country : Saudi Arabia
In English just connect your router... Check if you have some dsl ppoe remnants, disable those and add new dhcp client wan.

one of friends has Linksys wrt3200acm
He connected the ethernet from LAN of Fiber Router (Provider) ---> To WAN of BPI-R4 (OpenWRT)
He installed New OpenWRT system but couldn't get network through PPPoE WAN
He tried old version of OpenWRT that one has Switch tap ... he got network through PPPoE WAN
You need to check Arabic pages, in English pages it says to plug cable in the wall.
