Router won't start after installing openwrt

Hi. Router TP-Link TP-WR1045ND v.2
After installing the software via OEM GUI, the router does not start.
All installation methods have been sorted out and the forums have been read for the most part, but I can not find the answer anywhere. I even figured out what a serial port connection is and read the logs there!
What am I doing wrong?
The name of the router is higher, I downloaded the software version and set the latest available 22 (but believe me, I already tried to set 21 and even RC).
I am attaching the log from the launch of my router. Maybe someone can help me with a solution to the problem with installing software.
P.S. I myself am not very well versed in Unix systems (the longest experience is 3 weeks on ubuntu with gnome), so please explain in a simpler way. Thank you in advance.

I almost learned the device page by heart =)
I have long mastered restoring the device through TFTP.

Its an older device, by your statement I assume it has been flashed a lot. My initial guess, either its a bad flash or flash is worn out.

I would dump out the flash and verify it against factory.bin, unfortunately I cannot tell you how :frowning: . U-boot isn't one of my skills

The boot log looks rather normal until procd (the OpenWrt process manager) crashes.
So, hard to believe in flash problems or similar, as the boot progresses to a quite late stage.

But it is a 8/64 device, so the the topic of the following warning might be part of your problem.

You might try 19.07 or 18.06 just to see if it is about kernel size / rootfs size.

I would not worry about 8/64, yet (not for the purpose of flashing/ getting it to boot, at least). But testing other versions might nevertheless avoid the issue for unrelated reasons.

I've had issues in the past where updating, resetting would not work anymore. After flashing a factory image those problems were gone.

Do you think this is absolute out of the question in this case?

Just out of curiosity, I'm sure its possible to read out the flash from u-boot. How would one do that and compile a checksum to check against the factory.bin?

Through SSH I got to failsafe mode. After entering the Firstboot command, I got the error /dev/mtdblock4 is not mounted

Any ideas?

Regarding the installation of other firmware images, I will unsubscribe later, now at work. But in any case, I am limited to versions from 21.03.0 to 22.03.5. only they are listed as supported on the device page.

So, I returned home and the first thing I did was download the firmware file 22.03.5 from the device page.
Checked the hash, it's ok.
