Reset high-speed USB device number using ehci-platform

I get occasionally this error:
[119236.247482] usb 1-1.2: reset high-speed USB device number 3 using ehci-platform

using ' OpenWrt 18.06.4, r7808' on Asus RTN-66

I've read that "boardflags" flags might need changing. What do they set?
