Remember trusted computer in IOS

I've setup USB tethering with ios 12. Each time I unplug and replug the lightening cable, the iPhone ask if I trust this computer.
Couldn't that be remembered, like with Apple computers ?

When I said "I've setup USB tethering with ios 12", of course it's USB tethering with an OpenWrt router. I thought it was needless to say because I'm on a OpenWrt forum.

So : the iPhone is plugged into a USB port of an OpenWrt router. The router do something different than macOs, making the iPhone to ask, every time it's plugged, if the "computer" (which is an OpenWrt router) can be trusted.
