Regular crashes on a Netgear 6220/6230

I have a 6230 router, it is the same as the 6220. Regularly, several times an hour, the Internet disappears for 10-20 seconds, both by wi-fi and by LAN. The web interface is available at this time.

Hi
First remember that there is no official release for the 6230, even if its hardware is "similar" to the 6220.
You must determininate if your issue is related to hardware wlan, software wlan, or your computer wlan.

save your settings in order to be able to restore
reset to default settings, setup a minimal config, disable both wlans, use one lan only : see if you can use internet
enable one wlan only and connect one computer only : see if you can use internet

Can you check/clean your NIC connector ? That looks like a loss of connectivty. It may be on the router or on the computer. Change the cable also.

I changed the cable but nothing has changed. I connected the old router, everything works with it. If you put a constant ping, it is not interrupted, but sometimes sites do not load. I thought the problem with the DNS was set by Google's DNS, but the situation has not changed.
maybe this is important. When the router was on its native firmware, the Internet disappeared when I turned on the torrent, only rebooting the modem helped.

forget google DNS, use your ISP's or use fre DNS
if you already had issues while using the native firmware, than the issue maybe hardware.
