Recovery Openwrt one router light turns orange

Hello,

The nand partition of my Openwrt one router doesn’t boot anymore.
I did prepare a usb stick formatted with fat32 fs.
it’s set to boot from NOR
The images have been put on there.
I put the usb a stick in the front, then I press and hold the button on the front.
First the three lights come on, then the white most right light.
Right after it keeps blinking orange.
So the usb recovery for the nand doesn’t seem to work for me.
Any suggestions how to recover the nand from nor?

Thanks!

The only issue I see in your narrative doesn’t tell me you powered down the router initially, or that while still holding down the front reset button you powered up the device, and waited for all front panel status leds to cycle through before releasing the reset button.

This is similar to invoking initramfs mode but without the usb drive, and ensuring NAND is selected.

For the leds, on power up all three will cycle on, pause briefly then you should see the white led begin to flash indicating read/write to NAND.

You could also try to invoke the initramfs mode. If that is successful, it should be just a matter if running a standard sysupgrade.
