Recommendations for a WiFi 7 mini PCIE card

Anyone know of other working WiFi 7 AP mini PCIE cards?

I'm currently using the Compex WLE7002E25 DBDC for it but it doesn't work quite right. The 2.4Ghz band works perfectly but 5Ghz is limited to channels under 64 regardless of reg domain and is weirdly stuck at 1x1 speeds despite the card supporting 2x2.

I think ath12k includes precompiled regdom table rendition, so not all country domains are perfectly immediately supported.

What do you get in

iw list # here search per-band channel maps matching hardware with reg data and cross-check with previous output

Obvioulsy use own country code if starting radio transmissions, but you can explore hardware abilities with radio transmissions off.

Another try is mediatek-based, but wifi7 in general still has some rough edges to work on.

Another interesting thing is the board data for this card has the regdb built in. I tried removing it previously to force it to use ath12k's but that caused the card to not boot from missing regdb.

That is likely coded in channel table in the card itself.
Stop the radio and set JP / PA / CN / BE and check again for each if CH149 or ch 100 appears. If not card is as such, maybe seller has some card ROM upgrade at hand.

Well, not much can be done from OpenWrt side, as long as card restricts upper channels you probably want to choose between 2 23dBm 80mhz options, not 160mhz.
