Qos over Nftables setup help

Good Day, im struggeling to get Qos over Nftables setup correctly.

Can someone please help me.

I would like to limit each client connected to the wlan to 1mb/s. SQM/cake will not work. This is for a metered connection to save data not to share the bandwidth fairly.

This is also not doing anything (setting the ip to the wrt routers ip)

I'm trying to learn how to use this tool as well. Have you tried setting individual client IPs in the static download rate table?
