Is it possible to use some proxy server on the router (OpenWrt)
so that a client from the Internet connects to the router via
http(https)-proxy and uses the Internet of this router ?
You should use VPN instead.

Is it technically possible, yes.
However, doing so would be incredibly insane, as you'd be inviting every shady enitity on the whole internet to (ab)use it, ranging from moviez, criminals, organized crime, DDOS attacks, North Korean remote workers, state sponsored troll farms and cybercrime divisions.
A VPN is the only sane choice here, but still involves a lot of trust and risk in the other party.
