Problems with putty

Hi All

Just hoping someone has had this before. I am getting this on the display window in putty i have tried different combinations but to no avail so hoping someone maybe able to point me in the right direction.

Check the serial parameters (baud rate, parity, etc...).

Thanks all.

Problem was the bootloader so flashed it with one of the Breed bootloaders and everything in plain english

but the problems is that i dont want a breed bootloader i have searched openwrt and i cannot find a simple bootloader.bin download for a mediatek MT7620A Chipset so if anyone can further help i woould be appreceated
