Again, please put 870 into the field labeled "Download speed" and 13500 into the field labeled "Upload speed", as I have the suspciion that the directionality of eth0 is reversed in relation to the internet. Then redo the speedtest and post the result here, by actuall clicking on the "Results + Share" button on the results overview you shared screenshots of. There under the "Sharing" section select "Linked BBcode" and copy the contents of the text box and paste it into your posting here (just as described in point 7 of https://forum.openwrt.org/t/sqm-qos-recommended-settings-for-the-dslreports-speedtest-bufferbloat-testing/2803).
