Problem with domain names in firewall/Проблема с внесением доменных имен в firewall

Good afternoon, our organization has a local network completely blocked, and only what is specified in the firewall.user file is allowed.
Sites in this file are registered as ip addresses.
Is it possible to enter domain addresses there?

I found the option to register at the beginning of the document: goodsite = "/ root / opensite.txt" and then register sites in the opensite.txt file, but it does not work

The author wants to set up content filter.
He uses firewall-based content filter together with IP-address whitelist, which is ineffective.

Simple DNS-based content filtering:
https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/base-system/dhcp_configuration#dns-filtering

In the firewall (iptables) only to use IP. However, you migt use a custom DNSMASQ, which only allows certain domain names.

how to do it?
