PPPoE Error Connection attempt failed

hi guys,

from time to time i get a PPPoE error and i don't know how to fix it (attachment).
According to system log the ISP doesn't answer. I disabled the "LCP echo error threshold" to ignore such errors. But it doesn't help.

Describe the connection environment. ( modem, medium, intermittency, physical environment )

i don't think the environment is the problem because there were no CRC or HEC errors on the DSL. Other customers of my ISP report the same problems. Additionally, I have already set the timeout and LCP echo error threshold to zero, but it has no effect.
