PPPOE Discovery works or not?

I try to put my router into operation again after a move. My configuration seems fine (worked at the old location). After a few phone calls with my ISP, I've had enough of this stupid phone support. Router is factory set and if the LED is lit after explaining to these people how deep my information is to solve the problem, these people must be crazy there. I have a standing VDSL connection as you can see on the screenshot.

I still have the debug log from PPP and now have to know if it is due to my configuration or if the problem as I think at the ISP

The other end rejects the PPPoE connection. The most likely issue here is that the username or password are incorrect.

Another possibility could be that your line got mixed up somewhere (i.e. your phone socket is not connected to the right port on the DSLAM), which could also cause a mismatch of the authentication data.

Which ISP are you using? From the log it looks like you are in Germany. If it is Deutsche Telekom, then something is likely wrong, as the username and password are not checked by default in that case ("Easy Login").

Is it the same ISP?

This looks like Juniper 00 in Friedrichsthal (city code FRS), which is named like a BNG node of Deutsche Telekom. And indeed wireshark reports the MAC address (40:a6:77:47:ab:b7) to be registered to Juniper:
40:A6:77 Juniper Networks

Since you already use dsl0.7 I agree with @janh this is either:
a) Verschaltung, the technician did not connect you to the port your ISP expects
b) wrong username/password, if the old link was not operated by DT then the new correct name for you might be different than it used to be in the past.

Thank you guys I will pursue the matter further because I can be sure it is not me or rather the router. Yes, it's the same ISP. Then I'll let you know when I know more.

I found out the problem I had before and no one could help me. It only works with the capital H in front of the username. Can anyone explain to me why this is so?

Ask your ISP. Fundamentally, it probably means that they have your username entered in their system with that capital H and that the system is case sensitive (as it is with passwords, too).

As @psherman wrote, this is between 1&1 and its customers...
However 1&1 does not make this a exactly a secret, see here: https://hilfe-center.1und1.de/geraete-fuer-dsl-und-glasfaser-c85325/1und1-router-c85029/dsl-router-bedienen-c85031/anderen-router-am-1und1-dsl-anschluss-verwenden-a785782.html :
