I was searching for OpenWrt firmware for NeWifi 3 D2 and though none existed on the OpenWrt website, I found one on the Chinese forum.

Does anyone have a login to this site? If yes, can you please share the links embedded in the list link?

I cant create a login since it only accepts some Chinese payment service.

It appears that your router is supported by the official OpenWrt firmware:

I wanted specifically the Firmware on the link I provided because I need the passwall/vpn for my router.

With the official OpenWrt firmware, there are many different VPN packages available to install. They can be configured as server or client, depending on your needs.

But this forum should not be used for password sharing or transferring of files that are not publicly available.

try to build your own firmware ( openwrt wiki enough ), its pretty easy, they upload a lot of v2ray source code on github and all good.
