Are you running a snapshot build?

When you get the message “Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for…” it is most likely because you installed a snapshot version of OpenWrt.
Read here for possible solutions.

yes.
1 just downloaded
2 failed
3 and 4 do not make any sense

how get back version luci will install..

Install/use 22.03.5.

As suggested by lleachii. Use the stable build.

If you want to continue to use snapshot

Goto https://firmware-selector.openwrt.org/

Search for your device, select snapshot

Click "Customize installed packages and/or first boot script"

Add luci-ssl

Press request build

This image will have Luci built in.
