PBR split tunneling configuration

I am trying to follow this for my PBR setup for my wireguard.

What I want to do is only one IP needs to routed to wireguard VPN, the rest not required to use VPN. But I can't achieve that as all the connected devices are using VPN regardless of my PBR setup. Please help. Here are my Wireguard, PBR & Firewall config.

Remove:

Reboot and test again

To add remove option src_port '51820'

Make sure your phone does not have a random MAC address if you set a static lease otherwise it might get another IP address then 192.168.3.203
