Please is there a way I can extract wireless driver from armbian Linux and use it on Openwrt for the orange pi zero 3?
Because OpenWrt 24.10.0-rc2 - Second release candidate uses same kernel version as armbian Linux for orange pi zero 3.

from the source code, sure, you can move it across, and compile.
I am very dumb on this. Please can you guide me on this?
if you need to ask, you're way in over your head.
if the statement bellow is correct, it'll also be up to you to maintain it.
Openwrt has much newer wifi stack than mainline kernel, if you want 6.6 wifi drivers use v23
Please should I hope that it will be added in future?
ask the vendor of the hw, it's up to them, not us.
Please Boss, there's a version of Openwrt I downloaded from from the internet. It's version 23.0.. and the kernel is v6.1. The WiFi works on that. Can I transfer it to make it work for this version?
that's what the answers in this thread are for ...
I don't get it. You mean it's possible?
we're saying it's up to you to find out...
I am so dumb. Can I just copy driver files from that image into this one?
you can copy them, but that's probably where the easy part ends ...
Please can I share that image with you so you can help?
there's nothing to share, you're on your own.
The short and realistic answer is, "no, never".
If you have any questions about the procedures at all, you won't be able to do it - as it does involve driver development on your side.
Ok, then I will wait until someone..
Chances for that are non-zero, but extremely low - realistically it's not to be expected.
