Opkg not working

Installing and Using OpenWrt

I wanted to install sshfs server so I can connect with SSHFS Win Manager but when I try to use OPKG it says this:

root@OpenWrt:~# opkg update
-ash: opkg: not found
root@OpenWrt:~#
Any suggestions?
I'm using OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r10631-1284067 / LuCI Master (git-19.211.64022-e6f30bb) on my TPLINK TL-WR940N

4/32 devices were eol-d 5 years ago, probably you got some super-compact build without opkg of the times.
