lsusb detected My Kingston USB,but df -h didnt! and theres no /dev/sda or /dev/usb

After i soft reseted device. installed block-mount kmod-fs-ext4 e2fsprogs
but it shows mkdfs.ext4 not found
Probably because of the typo in the command.
