I have just completed a fairly comprehensive Site to Site VPN, with other useful tricks tweaks and wrinkles, with current OpenWrt (25.12.4) + Tailscale + Policy Based Routing. And very pleased I am with it too. Suffice to say the current documentation is years out of date and almost completely unhelpful in the context of the current versions. I was going to update it to make it current to the current versions. This is my first go at writing documentation for OpenWrt. I read the advice notes but unclear about one aspect: What is protocol regarding deleting that which is no longer relevant to the current versions? Having what I may produce peer reviewed and so on? Anything else that I should know that is not already in the documentation writing guides?
