Run the router without any additional bootloaders, you will get to the "processor console".
There will be a menu.
You need to flash from the backup copy you made before starting the reflashing.
In general, there will be a menu on the screen and it will say what and how to do.
Return to factory settings and start over.

 4. Flash stock images from backup

mtd write /tmp/BL2.bin BL2
mtd write /tmp/FIP.bin FIP
mtd write /tmp/ubi.bin ubi

If you can run OpenWrt via UART, flash the bootloader from under it.
How to do this is also in WIKI.

Probably flashed OpenWrt for the wrong bootloader, that's why it doesn't boot automatically.

That what i have when connected via uart
And yeah, bootloop

Its how the bricked device looks like. You can find similar screenshot done by me. Link
I guess, LED is not working, ethernet ports either....

Judging by the last line, there is a bad contact with UART. There should be a numbered menu with colored letters further on. If you haven't changed the bootloader, then try to restore the stock firmware with the standard Xiaomi utility.

In his pictures, OpenWrt is loading, what kind of brick is this?

Here you can see that the firmware has loaded, the LAN interfaces have started up, type 192.168.1.1 in the browser and enter Luci. PIC.3

I was watching in last picture, not few posts above.
That is different issue, ignore @Lotoss what I mentioned.

Just a sanity check: which OpenWrt bootloader version you are using? If you have a device with AN8855 switch, and if you use 24.10 bootloader it will not have network access (so no TFTP).

Support to AN8855 was introduced to OpenWrt bootloader by this commit and it has not been backported to 24.10 yet AFAIK. If that's the case you must use the OpenWrt uBoot from snapshot builds if your device has an AN8855 switch.

I restored router but without wireless(lost Bdata maybe).
Thx to russian forum 4pda.to
I'll make FAQ(mostly translate of FAQ's from that forum) when done with it.

See the info by the links, you may need to restore the factory partition.

Thanks for sharing! The Wiki has been updated.

Actually, this exploitable ver. 1.0.76 was really needed, since it fills the gap for the potential RD23s with the AN8855 switch on non-exploitable ver. 1.0.90/91 (which no one has seen yet, though :slightly_smiling_face:).

Why does everyone do it so complicated, use third-party loaders, some files, etc.?
I tried to restore a completely dead router using UART and PuTTY. The router itself gives a recovery menu, which contains all the necessary instructions and menu items for downloading the necessary files, and you can install files of both Chinese and international versions.
It's much easier than performing shamanic rituals))).

Judging by your own picture #3 in the message OpenWrt support for Xiaomi AX3000T - #3324 by Lotoss
Your router was already loading into OpenWrt.
Why did you take the longer route?
If you have now "restored" it, compare the UART loading log with your own picture from this message and, if it is not difficult, provide the result in this topic.

Everyone here can or will do it;)

I don’t mean to brag, but to say that you don’t need to do all this complicated work, using a bunch of unnecessary programs and files.
