Do not ignore the first red warning message in the Wiki.
- only snapshot version is suitable for your Winbond nand until the next stable release (even for recovery via UART you need to use snapshot).
But if you didn't install any custom bootloader, it's easy to restore the router to its original stock firmware via the Xiaomi MiWiFi Repair Tool.
