I think its pretty self-explanatory, add a new image for QSDK compatibility instead of abusing the default UBI one

The reason why I write that way is that I compare the way others write

Instead of overriding the factory.ubi image, add this:

IMAGES += factory.bin
IMAGE/factory.bin := append-ubi | qsdk-ipq-factory-nand

For starters, can you actually reply in the PR instead of the forum?

And no, its not a hard requirement but it avoids bootloaders doing crazy stuff
