It also has a serial interface. What other information are necessary?
OEM boot log? (set max log level power off on, check in web)
Where do you download OEM fw upgrades?

Redboot is not nowadays standard uboot, you have to break into it, may even be at different tty speed than main system. Usually like hold x key at boot or so.
