OpenWrt support for Netgear BR200

Check the github commits.

It's usually not how it works, it's hard to add support for a device you don't own.

you told the system with artmtd -w board_hw_id 29764958+0+128+512+4x4+4x4+cascade that it only has 512mb ram.

So what's needed now, is looking at
https://git.openwrt.org/?p=openwrt/openwrt.git;a=commit;h=823242185b56ea518568296f1a5834f736f12076

building a dts etc for the BR200, submitting and waiting for it to be checked and merged.

agreed, I'm happy that the r7800 image boots on the br200, but as I do not own the device, I'm unable to help further.

Ok, sure, I'm up for adding support of BR200.
But, I don't have much knowledge in this domain.
Do yo have any tutorial to create the image ?

It's all in the wiki,

I'd start with the R7800 device details, adapt it to the BR200, and submit.

I don't understand what to do with this page.
Where start to write the page like this:

It tells you how to add support for a completely new device.

Seems to me you should start in the other end, see if you can create an usable image for it 1st.

@xmow49 are all the leds correct on the BR200?

If you grab openwrt-imagebuilder-22.03.3-ipq806x-generic.Linux-x86_64.tar.xz you would be able to modify the R7800 device and build an image for the BR200.
