OpenWRT One wireless daisy chain

I was wondering what the best way to wirelessly daisy chain three OpenWRT One access points is:

[OpenWrt Wiki] Wi-Fi Extender/Repeater with WDS

or

[OpenWrt Wiki] 802.11s Rapid Deployment

Extending on that - to mix wired and wireless batman :bat: is the only choice.

If you daisy chain wireless you need to chain all middle elements to an UPS like at least power bank (wearing off part).

If you wire all up you can make it PoE so that ethernet serves as low voltage wire and data carrier.
