OpenWrt on plain gigabit switch

Hello,

Is it possible to flash unmanaged gigabit switch with OpenWrt or is there any which is supported by OpenWrt?

Unmanaged switches don't have the necessary resources to run an operating system, so you cannot install OpenWrt on them.

There are now a couple of rtl83xx/ rtl93xx based L2 managed switches supported by OpenWrt, which are working rather nicely.
