OpenWRT for 5G-CPE1801K

Hey everyone,

I recently bought a 5G CPE router from China, this one https://alibaba.com/product-detail/High-quality-dual-band-wifi6-5g_1600943671043.html. It only supports 2 outdated VPN protocols, so I'm interested in flashing the OpenWRT firmware, but I'm not sure where to start. I found an OpenWRT-based firmware here https://downloads.x-wrt.com/rom/ but I have no idea how to flash it.

X-WRT <> OpenWRT, you should ask over at X-WRT.

Thank you for your suggestion. X-WRT is based on OpenWRT, so the flashing process should be the same, but I couldn't find a guide for it.

and openwrt is based on Linux, so I guess you could ask at some random Linux forum instead ?

because the device isn't supported here ?
