Dear Developer,I also like openwrt firmware.Because, it is faster than stock firmware.please release openwrt (factory.bin)
firmware for cudy wr1200 (v2) ROUTER.I hope you accept my request and release stable OPENWRT firmware for cudy wr1200 (v2) router.I also wait for your suitable reply.

While it is possible to support this device, only a developer with physical access to it will be able to do it.

Additionally, no one wants to work on this device as:

  • there is no way to flash non-vendor firmwares without using an external flash programmer
  • this device has only 8MB flash and 64MB ram so it won't be officially supported for much longer

WR1300 is a much better device while still being cheap and all three hardware revisions are supported.
