Adding OpenWrt support for Xiaomi "Redmi Router AX6S"/"Xiaomi Router AX3200" - #2139 by dimosit - image generated by firmware selector boots without problem.
Ok, thank you, I will give it a try again tomorrow.
Best regards.
Anyone using AdGuardHome with 24.10.0? Since I upgraded it, I started seeing the error below every hour (deleting bucket err="bucket not found"
). It is not device specific (I am seeing this on a NanoPi R6S and on a Redmi AX6S, both running 24.10.0):

Yea, like 5 pepople who aready reported bug to agh github.
I've tested the build. So, far I haven't noticed any issues.
hi
if u upgrade without saving onfiguration via nand or via emmc there wont be a any problem?
Good to know. My TP-Link C2600 is running in AP mode with 3 vlan's, bridge network config, tagged on lan1, starting today with version 24.10.0. See if it stays stable.
Target doesn't matter, I've used both owut and a full clean sysupgrade then redownload packages and reenter settings manually (I have everything written down in a text file just in case) both methods work great and manual reentry is only ~15min which I do sometimes just for fun and to optimize any settings I have. Also running an MT6000, working fantastic on 24.10.

Used the image builder to create a 24.10.0 image with the non-ct firmware
Does not have such error messages in the system log
If I remember correctly, luci-lua-runtime
only gets installed if you have an app installed which depends on the Lua compatibility layer (see https://github.com/openwrt/luci/issues/7310 for affected), you probably had an app installed in your 23.05.5 installation which pulled that in automatically as a dependency.
Yes but I also had to upgrade the bootloader
Sun Feb 9 10:20:57 2025 user.info upgrade: The device is supported, but the config is incompatible to the new image (1.1->1.2). Please upgrade without keeping config (sysupgrade -n).
Sun Feb 9 10:20:57 2025 user.info upgrade: SPI-NAND flash layout changes require bootloader update
So I followed grauerfuchs advice
but thanks for Your advice I' sure others will benefit from it
I checked and you're right: it was not in my 23.05.5 "base"; nevertheless, I don't know which app installed it...
Forcing the IGMP version has no effect on the interfaces. br-lan and eth1.20

Was this for the attended sys upgrade? I didn’t actually use that for upgrading, I downloaded the update from OpenWRT directly and upgraded that path without issue. My disclaimer is I don’t use the wifi on my Linksys 3200, and have a dumb AP to do wifi.
Two TP-LINK Archer A7s used as wireless access points and switches updated using Luci from 23.05.5 to 24.10.0 with settings kept, missing packages installed and devices rebooted. Both appear to be running normally.
The Archer C2600 v1 has not yet been updated, as it has an IPQ806X, so will require reconfiguration as router, switch, wireless access point, DHCP and DNS host, NTP relay, HA Proxy, Dynamic DNS manager, and coffee grinder.
Thanks again to all who do the work to make this not just possible, but easy.

A big Thankyou to all who’ve made OpenWrt possible for the Netgear Nighthawk XR500.
The Netgear XR500 is an "ipq806x" device and the SYSUPGRADE release notes, has a documented exception for this, which has been successfully accommodated in the upgrade process.
I installed OpenWrt v24.10.0 stable series as a SYSUPGRADE over v23.05.05, which was running on my XR500, using the upgrade menus in LuCI with the "Flash new firmware image" menu option.
After the upgrade completed, with the XR500 powered on, I found that I had to perform a factory reset of XR500 by inserting a pin into the reset button on the rear of the XR500 until the white LED power-on started flashing RED.
- After reboot, I performed another power OFF/ON
- After bootup I was able to LuCI access via 192.168.1.1 to logon.
Now 24.10.0 has been running successfully and stable for many days.
Kind regards to all at OpenWrt.org
