Sorry, it's working now. It was enough to delete the previous Wireless file and configure again
Mi 4a gigabit router 5ghz does not work in channel set to auto mode
Just test mi4a gigabit wifi 5ghz set auto, working well in here,
When set to auto, it set to ch 36, not all my phone support this channel. But it work.
check your phone channel support list.
Updated WRT3200ACM with config from 22.03.2 with multi zone, multi vlan setup.
I believe I consider the WRT3200ACM as broken. Went back to Fritzbox 4040, now thinking of BananaPi BPI-R3 (it has a wan port not connected to an internal switch).
Hi,
Installed on AZW U59 (x86/64).
Works fine so far and solves an annoying ipv6 issue I had on 22.03.2 (router would stop from time to time forwarding ipv6 packets and send destination unreachable icmpv6 to lan hosts, despite the uplink was fine)
how did you move to 6.1.x kernel?
I think 22.03 will be the latest for me and my 2 Belkin RT3200's going forward. I cannot establish 802.11s / mesh connectivity along with DNS / unbound issues. All related to mbedtls I am thinking.
22.05 does not have any such issues whatever settings i have i have set country to india and channel to auto but my router stay disable 5 ghz band. So it must be a bug.
This only happens when you set your country code to in
There is an update regarding Wireless regulations in India, I don't know if you have to adjust your configuration accordingly.

The firmware selector on the OpenWrt website allows you to customize the preinstalled packages, so you can change it to use wolfssl (or openssl) instead of mbedtls.
Does that fix your problem?
Hey, could fix the problem, I had setup the REPORT INTERFACE to -> any, it worked so under 22.03.2, after I changed to br-lan ... it started to work, and is now again operating normal showing me under DNS Report data as usual.
Thanks for the reply! Yes, I am creating custom builds in the firmware selector. I have tried a number of different ways to build images with varying results.
Here is a list of the packages I need (all openssl packages changed over to mbedtls):
Primary router:
base-files busybox ca-bundle dnsmasq dropbear firewall4 fstools kmod-gpio-button-hotplug kmod-leds-gpio kmod-mt7622-firmware kmod-mt7915-firmware kmod-nft-offload kmod-usb3 libc libgcc libustream-mbedtls logd mtd netifd nftables odhcp6c odhcpd-ipv6only opkg ppp ppp-mod-pppoe procd procd-seccomp procd-ujail uboot-envtools uci uclient-fetch urandom-seed urngd wpad-mbedtls luci curl ddns-scripts ddns-scripts-services luci-app-ddns irqbalance openssh-sftp-server 6to4 luci-app-openvpn openvpn-mbedtls htop luci-app-sqm luci-app-unbound unbound-control auc luci-app-attendedsysupgrade luci-theme-openwrt-2020
Mesh router:
base-files busybox ca-bundle dnsmasq dropbear firewall4 fstools kmod-gpio-button-hotplug kmod-leds-gpio kmod-mt7622-firmware kmod-mt7915-firmware kmod-nft-offload kmod-usb3 libc libgcc libustream-mbedtls logd mtd netifd nftables odhcp6c odhcpd-ipv6only opkg ppp ppp-mod-pppoe procd procd-seccomp procd-ujail uboot-envtools uci uclient-fetch urandom-seed urngd wpad-mbedtls luci irqbalance openssh-sftp-server htop auc luci-app-attendedsysupgrade luci-theme-openwrt-2020
Those build successfully. Since there no mesh connectivity 23.05 is unusable for me. The issue is mesh links on both routers only report 6Mb. Signal strength matches my dBs in 22.03 but no mesh is established.
I also tried building images with the openssl packages (i.e. no changes from my 22.03 list) and the builds also complete successfully.
Wondering if I need to make different package selections to get my configuration working on the new version?
Use snapshot version
Check again after couple hour
Can you share the result of 'cat /proc/interrupts' with 6.1?
I'd like to know if the packet steering fixed with the new kernal.
You built them, but did you try them? What was the result?
just flash with latest snapshot version, with same packages
after 45m running

i switch back to rc2, the memory use is very high.
I did try them. The primary router is working fine with both the openssl list and the mbedtls list builds. The mesh router will not connect to the primary router.
Maybe it's just a matter of waiting until meshing is stable on 23.05?
