OpenWrt-19.07-route replace problem

Hi I meet a problem about pppoe and IPSec/L2TP.when I connect to my openwrt,I found the default route be replaced by new vpn connect with metric-1,I think maybe I could change metric to resolve this problem but I only know how to change pppoe interface‘s metric，I don’t know how to change vpn connect metric ，could anyone help me？thanks a lot.
Openwrt version: 19.07. vpn realize: strongswan 5.8.2-2+ xl2tpd 1.3.15-2

problem resolute, in this cast you should edit /etc/ppp/options.xl2tpd(with xl2tpd) and don't use replacedefaultroute and defaultroute. like this:
