OpenWrt-19.07 How can I limit the bandwidth and speed for devices and know each device usage?

Hello my country gives certain quota for adsl bandwidth like 12 USD for 200GB on a 30MB speed.

so I wanted to control the bandwidth for every device over land and wifi and the amount of quota they use and be able to monitor that

my device is bt HH5A using openwrt-19.07

I suspect there are specific packages for that, but you can use firewall rules to see how much traffic is related to which device. See my posts in this thread: Hourly time limit's / reward system for kids
