OpenVPN client on Repeater to routing WiFi

Hello, Guys! I strongly need you'r help.

I suffer for the 3rd day

Task: I need an openwrt router(Netgear WNDR3700 v2) to routing Wi-fi Internet using a VPN. Now it works as a bridge/repeater from the main router at the provider.

I use the OpenVPN paid service. I have a .ovpn file.

I uploaded the file to OpenVPN in openwrt. Status: Connected. But all devices connected to the Wi-Fi network have the old IP address. Also, a computer connected via a LAN port with a cable has an old ip provider.

How do I set it up correctly so that everything works? I hope you can help me ...

All traffic just passes the router on its way to the main router and are not subject to the VPN.

If you make a Guest wifi on its own subnet then that traffic will go through the router and will be routed via the VPN

Thank you for answer!

IP Idress of main router 192.168.1.1, IP guest(openwrt) is 192.168.1.4, but VPN is not work for devices, who connect to it(

The guest wifi has to be on its own subnet e.g. on 192.168.2.1, assuming this is the wireless equivalent of a bridged AP you could use something like: https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/network/wifi/guestwifi/guestwifi_dumbap
