The notification appears to have been generated because a user linked to a topic in which you had been active.
This comment >> linked to this thread... it is possible that you are subscribed to notifications on this (linked) thread and/or it is possible that one of your specific comments was the target of said link (it doesn't appear to be at this moment, but possible the user had done a quick edit immediately after posting).
