LTE Internet ----> MIFI LTE ROUTER ----> OPEN WRT (wifi client) ----> LOCAL ----> this PC
MIFI LTE ROUTER: 192.168.11.1
OPEN WRT: 192.168.1.1
LOCAL TO OPEN WRT - access deny
LOCAL TO MIFI LTE ROUTER - access deny
LOCAL TO INTERNET - access fail
Ping in LUCI:
PING openwrt.org (139.59.209.225): 56 data bytes
--- openwrt.org ping statistics ---
5 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
in which firewall zone is the wifi client connection, on the openwrt router ?

what's wan and wwan in this configuration ?
When connected to the Mifi device, what IP address does your computer get?
Also, does the Mifi have any specific limitations in terms of the number of devices that it will service or required MAC address registrations or authentication (or even a captive portal/splash page)?
There are no limitations in Mifi. Only OpenWRT is connected to Mifi.
ok... let's see your complete config:
Please copy the output of the following commands and post it here using the "Preformatted text </>

Remember to redact passwords, MAC addresses and any public IP addresses you may have:
cat /etc/config/network
cat /etc/config/wireless
cat /etc/config/dhcp
cat /etc/config/firewall

remove the device line below:
and then remove the BSSID (it's not necessary).
Then restart the router and see what happens.
The WWAN interface has disappeared. The rest is unchanged

I'd reset it,
then do scan -> join in the wifi section, and put the connection in the wan firewall zone,
that should be all you need to do.

Yes absolutely start at defaults then:
In wifi, click the Advanced tab at the top and set to your country.
In wifi, click Scan then use the Join this Network wizard. (Use this only once after a reset to defaults. If you want to change something about the connection later, edit it in the regular configuration pages)
Make the IPv6 change described below.
This is interesting that DNS works (if it did not, you would get a "bad name" error), which means that some sort of connection to the Internet is active.
I note that the laptop connected with a dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 connection, so the ISP supports v6 and that may be why Internet usage on the laptop was possible. Change the wan6 device to @wwan
to support dual stack over the wifi wan link.
ping 192.168.11.1
and traceroute 8.8.8.8
would be useful tests as well.
